Cultivate a functional balance of strength and mobility in your entire body with core work, resistance-based joint strengthening founded on PT principles, banded yoga (yoga with resistance bands), pilates, barre, foam rolling, and myofascial release. This class is designed as both conditioning and active recovery that will take you further in your daily life, your pole fitness practice, and beyond.
