Ecstatic Chill 3.4: Ride the Snake (Livestream + Replay)

The pose Anantāsana (Vishnu’s couch in English) tasks us with cultivating a surprising amount of equanimity for a posture that looks quite simple from the outside. In the cosmology behind the name of this pose, the god Vishnu reclines with grounded ease on his “couch,” the cosmic serpent Adiṣeśa. Vishnu remains chill af while on this wild ride spiraling through the cosmos on the back of a writhing snake. In an increasingly chaotic world, learn to cultivate the clear calmness it takes to be the eye of your own hurricane. This starts with awareness and grounding in your own body.

Ecstatic Chill is a monthly Vinyasa Flow + Yin + Restorative Yoga mini workshop in a monthly subscription or drop-in format. Purchasing the class also entitles you to the replay for 30 days following the livestream.
